Hinesa, następnie stworzył własny bebopowybig band z udziałem gwiazd nowoczesnego jazzu (D. Gillespie, Ch. Parker, M. Davis, Fats Navarro), z S. Vaughan w roli pianistki i wokalistki. W latach 50–70-ych był aktywny jako wokalista.
Płyty znajdują się w estetycznym kartonowym boksie, opakowane są w plastikowe pudełko.
